Ya know, it helps if you know what type of encoding you're blog/website supposed to be using...western european, unicode, etc. A VERY easy way to find out: go to the toolbar at the top and select view "View" and then "Encoding" ......guess what, the encoding you're site or blog is using has a check mark next to it! GENIUS!!!
